Die U21-Jugend-Europameisterschaften in Torregrande, Sardinien, die vom 22.-28.5.23 stattfanden, sind vorbei. 44 Jungen, 19 M\u00e4dchen und 27 Senioren nahmen an den Wettk\u00e4mpfen teil. In der Ergebnistabelle lande ich auf dem 16. Platz, trotz guter erster zwei Tage. <\/p>\n

Wir haben die ganze Woche \u00fcber mit ungew\u00f6hnlichen Windrichtungen gek\u00e4mpft, die entweder ziemlich b\u00f6ig oder schw\u00e4cher sind, aber sie drehen ganz sch\u00f6n. Wir hatten sogar das Gl\u00fcck, dass wir zweimal wegen eines herannahenden Sturms aus dem Wasser geweht wurden. Und das will man ja nicht :). Alle Tage wurden mit den gr\u00f6\u00dften Drachen durchgef\u00fchrt, 15 – 23qm. <\/p>\n

Es gab vier Renntage. Der f\u00fcnfte Tag war der Finaltag f\u00fcr die 10 besten Jungen und M\u00e4dchen. <\/p>\n

F\u00fcr mich ist das wahrscheinlich das unrentabelste Rennen, das ich bisher gemacht habe. Strategie und die F\u00e4higkeit, je nach Windverteilung auf der Regattastrecke zu navigieren, spielten hier eine gro\u00dfe Rolle. <\/p>\n

Aufgrund meiner kurzen Erfahrung mit der Formula Kite Klasse und dem Kitesurfen im Allgemeinen war ich nicht in der Lage, mit den erfahreneren Fahrern mitzuhalten und die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Trotzdem hatte ich an den ersten beiden Tagen eine tolle Zeit mit M\u00e4dchen \u00e4hnlichen Alters und unterschiedlicher Nationalit\u00e4t, was sehr wertvoll ist. <\/p>\n

Ich gehe nach diesem Event definitiv erfahrener nach Hause \ud83d\ude09 Ich m\u00f6chte auch Vojt Kosek zu seiner immer besser werdenden Leistung gratulieren, die ihm einen wunderbaren zweiten Platz in seiner Kategorie einbrachte. Vojta ist nun Vize-Europameister der Junioren – herzlichen Gl\u00fcckwunsch und ein historischer Meilenstein f\u00fcr das tschechische Kiten. <\/p>\n
