Zu Beginn des Herbstes hatten wir wieder die Gelegenheit, ein halbt\u00e4giges Teambuilding-Event in Sn\u011b\u017en\u00edk (D\u011b\u010d\u00edn) f\u00fcr eine Gruppe von 20 Personen aus einem ungenannten Unternehmen zu organisieren. Das Team bestand aus allen Altersgruppen, Frauen und M\u00e4nnern, mit unterschiedlichem Hintergrund. Wir hatten 3,5 Stunden Zeit f\u00fcr die Veranstaltung und das Ziel war klar. In erster Linie sollte es Spa\u00df machen und die Teilnehmer sollten Freude daran haben. Als sie vor Ort ankamen, hatten wir bereits unser gesamtes Drachenarsenal bereit, wirklich von A bis Z und eine Demonstration von allem, was m\u00f6glich ist. <\/p>\n

Es geht los. Zuerst kommt ein bisschen Theorie und ein Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber unsere Erfahrungen, durchsetzt mit Fragen, aber da wir praktisch alles \u00fcber den Sport wissen, \u00fcberrascht uns nichts. Aber dann kommen die kleinen Drachen heraus und der Spa\u00df geht weiter. Nachdem sie die vorgeschriebenen Aufgaben gemeistert haben und eine gute Portion Paararbeit geleistet haben, sind die gr\u00f6\u00dferen Drachen und Trapeze an der Reihe. Die Gruppe zeigt ein ungew\u00f6hnliches Ma\u00df an Talent und die Eignung der Wetterbedingungen tr\u00e4gt zur allgemeinen Ausgeglichenheit und geringeren Schwierigkeit im Umgang mit den Kammerdrachen bei. <\/p>\n

Nach einer weiteren ehrlichen \u00dcbung kommen die gr\u00f6\u00dften Drachen. Jeder kam auf seine Kosten und die Mutigsten fuhren KITEBUGGY und MTB. Alle gingen mit bester Laune, voller Erfahrung, neuer F\u00e4higkeiten und wertvoller Informationen nach Hause. Unter dem Staffelstab von KITEFORCE l\u00e4uft es einfach gut! <\/p>\n

Wir w\u00fcnschen dem Team noch viele weitere Jahre in positiver Stimmung und m\u00f6gen sie weiterhin erfolgreich sein.
