A trip to Mozambique to the best lagoons and destinations for kitesurfing. We have high hopes for Mozambique as a very unknown region. According to the available information, it offers very nice places for kitesurfing, pleasant climate and ideal wind during the winter season.

Become part of this semi-secure expedition and come with us to discover new locations and destinations. Mozambique was discovered in 1498 by Vasco de Gama and a few years later was colonized by Portugal. The country is one of the world’s least developed countries, which makes it all the more naturally interesting and an attractive destination for any explorer. We will drive from Maputo, through the lagoons of Praia Tofo to beautiful Vilanculos and back. It is 720 km from Maputo to Vilanculos. What will we meet along the way?

Accommodation

Accommodation is available in tents, under a tent, or in apartments, hotels, or elsewhere by mutual agreement. Each member of the expedition should be prepared to sleep for several days in a row in a tent or under a tent or elsewhere. It is an expedition, i.e. discovering a new destination in every aspect. The fully secured KITE TRIP will follow in 2021.

Transport

We’ll fly to Mozambique. In Maputo, the capital city, we will rent a larger 4×4 car, which we will use to continue exploring different destinations, not only for kitesurfing.
